**What is MidAmerica.co?**
MidAmerica.co is our consumer-friendly bulk and liquidation store. We source discounted overstock, returns and seasonal closeout items from trusted suppliers and pass the savings on to you.

**Are your products new or used?**
Most items are brand new. Some may be open-box returns, and any cosmetic imperfections will always be noted clearly in the product description.

**Can I buy in bulk?**
Absolutely! We offer single items as well as multi-packs and case packs on many products, so you can stock up and save on everyday essentials.

**Do you offer free shipping?**
Yes. Orders over $50 (U.S. only) ship free. For orders under $50 we charge a low flat shipping rate.

**Where do you ship?**
We ship to all U.S. states from our warehouse in Minnesota.

**What is your return policy?**
If you’re not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Clearance and final sale items will be marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

**Will items be restocked?**
Our inventory comes from closeouts and liquidation deals, so once a product sells out it may not be restocked. If you see something you like, it’s best to act quickly and stock up.
